In order to complete your child's registration, you must have the following documents:
1) Your Child's Birth Certificate
2) A Current Florida Driver's License (with your current address).
3) Physical (completed within the past year)
4) Proof of Immunizations (on blue Florida form)
5) Proof of Residency (Property Tax Homestead Exemption card, Lease with signatures of tenant and landlord, Warranty Deed, etc.)

Children who are five years old on or before September 1st are eligible to start Kindergarten in August.
2020-2021 Incoming Kindergarten registration opens on February 19, 2020.
